The company is primarily engaged in the manufacture of cheese. It was founded in 1947 by D. Salvador Rodríguez and, little by little, has become, with a production of 10 million kilos of cheese per year, one of the most important cheese producers in Spain and number one in the manufacture of Zamorano cheese. The company has a registered office located in Santa Cristina de la Polvorosa, Zamora, Spain. The company's products include sheep's milk cheeses (aged sheep's milk cheeses D.O. Zamorano, cured sheep's milk cheeses D.O. Zamorano, aged sheep's milk cheese, cured sheep's milk cheese, cheese delights), blended cheese (cured blended cheese, Iberico semi-cured blended cheese, soft blended cheese, soft blended cheese light, soft blended bifidus cheese), and goat's milk cheeses (semi-cured goat's milk cheese, soft goat's milk cheese, cheese delights). The distribution of its products reaches from small shops to the major distribution chains, both within lines and on the delicatessen counters.
